Overview
Ripple reduces tool overload without demanding a rip-and-replace rollout. Connect calendars, files, CRM, chat, and automation platforms so information flows seamlessly between systems.
Version 25.docx → Ripple Onboarding Guide — New Zealand Edition 2025 documents each surface where integrations appear. Section 4.1.2 covers the combined calendar tiles, section 4.1.3 explains channel-level data sharing, section 4.1.4 shows task sync behavior, and section 4.3 lists the right-rail cards (Files, Activity, Integrations). Mirror the terminology in those sections so the Learn Centre always matches the audited build.

Connecting an integration
- Go to
Settings → Integrations. - Click Connect next to the desired app.
- Approve OAuth permissions.
- Configure sync settings (e.g., import events, export tasks, channel targets) exactly as shown in section 4.1.8 so scopes and labels stay consistent across docs.

- Start with calendars and file drives for immediate ROI.
