Managing the admin shouldn’t take longer than the work itself.

At Ripple, we believe in keeping things transparent and simple. We don’t like hidden costs or complex tiers. This section guides you through managing your Organization, understanding seats, and sorting out your subscription details so you can get back to what matters.

Overview

Your Organization is the top-level account for your entire company. It houses all your members, teams, and billing information in one secure container.

To access these controls, head to Organization Settings. From here, you can manage global permissions, user access, and your subscription details.

Note: You need to be an Admin to view and edit billing information. If you don’t see these options, check with your workspace owner to update your permissions.

Managing Seats

  • What is a seat? A seat is simply a paid license that grants a single user (Member) full access to your Ripple Organization and all its features.

  • Adding & removing seats: You can add, remove, or manage your available seats within the Billing tab of your Organization Settings.

    • Growing the team? When you invite new members via the Users section, we’ll automatically update your seat count.

    • Scaling back? If you remove a user, you can adjust your seat count accordingly in the Billing tab to ensure you aren’t paying for licenses you aren’t using.

Plans & Pricing

We built Ripple to replace the stack of disconnected tools that cost teams upwards of $100+ per user. Instead, we offer an all-in-one workspace for a fraction of the cost.

  • Launch pricing: $20/seat/month.

  • Standard pricing: $40/seat/month.

We want to help you cut the chaos (and the cost). If you are a startup or a large enterprise, check your specific plan details in your settings to see exactly what you are paying for.

Payment Methods & Invoices

You can update your payment method directly inside the Accounts & Billing section.

  • Update card: Securely add or remove credit cards for your monthly subscription.

  • Invoices: View and download past invoices for your records.

Managing Your Data

It’s your data, not ours.

We take security seriously and believe that you should always have full control over your information. If you decide it is time to move on, we won’t make it hard to say goodbye.

  • Delete your account: You can delete your account at any time directly through your settings.

  • Delete your data: If you need a complete data purge from our servers, just give us a yell. Simply email us, and our team will help you out.
